In the context of establishing the principle of administrative transparency, granting every citizen the right to consult the activities of the Industrial Real Estate Agency, the right of access to information and administrative documents was instituted by the Tunisian government under the fundamental law number 22 of the year 2016, dated March 24, 2016.
Thus, the Industrial Real Estate Agency is obligated to publish various administrative data and documents on its website, in addition to allowing any natural or legal person to access administrative documents not covered by the publication, as long as they are not part of the list of documents excluded from access. This can be done by filling out a form prepared for this purpose.
In accordance with the provisions of the fundamental law number 22 of the year 2016 regarding the right of access to information, the Industrial Real Estate Agency publishes the relevant data and documents on its website.
It is also worth noting that it is possible to obtain the required documents directly from the agency, after submitting an access request including basic information that the access officer or their representative reviews and monitors. These requests are processed within specified time frames, and in case of unavailability of documents, non-response, or refusal, the requester has the right to appeal.
