The National Business Register Center (CRNE) is created by virtue of article 4 of law n ° 2018-52 of 29 November 2018, relating to the national register of companies and organized by virtue of decree 2019-52 relating to the administrative and financial organization of the national center of the register of enterprises.
The CRNE is a Public Non-Administrative Establishment (EPNA) endowed with legal personality and financial and administrative autonomy under the supervision of the Presidency of the Government.
Mission
The Center’s mission is to manage the National Register of Companies – RNE- being “a public database to collect data and information relating to companies and their availability to the public as well as to State institutions”

Established in 1972, API is a public institution operating under the authority of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines. It encompasses 5 central and 24 regional offices that are in charge of implementing the Government’s policy for the promotion of the industrial sector and innovation. As a support structure for companies and project developers, it seeks to provide services and products in the form of information, support, assistance, partnerships, and studies.
Among its offices is the Support Center for Enterprise Establishment (CSCE), which offers tailored support services during the phase of business project preparation. Such services include adapted training, proximity coaching (project study by an expert, financial and technical support, and a customized chart of accounts), hosting for two years for companies within an incubator (see specific sheet on the Business Incubator Network in Tunisia), and support during the subsequent development phase.
This governmental agency was founded in 1983 and has 24 regional offices. It aims at promoting private investment in agriculture, fishing and related services. It ensures the awarding of financial and tax advantages to project developers in the aforementioned sectors and first-stage processing activities of agricultural and fishing products.
Added to the identification of investment opportunities and project ideas, this structure ensures the assistance and supervision of young agricultural developers during the implementation phase of their projects, through trainings and the development of project studies.
TIA is the sole interlocutor for local and international investors. With its network of partners, it is positioned as the facilitator for the realization of investment projects through reliable information, simple procedures and personalized support.

The Ministry is responsible for improving thermic and energy regulation, including strengthening laws and rules of construction and implementing a communication and awareness-raising strategy to promote sustainable buildings; strengthening capacity in eco-construction (for instance through low-carbon infrastructure and eco-neighborhood projects); and establishing a financing mechanism to promote solar heaters (PROSOL) and thermal insulation of roofs in households (PROMO-ISOL).

Energy/climate/buildings-related activities: Improving regulation and communication/awareness-raising strategies promoting sustainable buildings.
The agency has programmed the development of a group of industrial zones covering an area of 1334 hectares.
The Industrial Real Estate Agency is working to complete the development works of a group of industrial zones distributed along the coastal strip and regional development areas, covering an area of 310 hectares.
The agency has completed the development of 115 industrial zones, covering a total area of 3000 hectares. Of these, 53 industrial zones, spanning 3000 hectares, are located along the coastal strip, while the remaining 47, covering 841 hectares, are situated in regional development areas.
