Zones under development

The Industrial Land Agency is working to complete the development works for a series of industrial zones located along the coastal strip and regional development areas, covering a total area of 310 hectares. These zones include:

Sbikha 2 over an area of 100 hectares
Jelma over an area of 15 hectares
Enfidha, third phase, over an area of 35 hectares
Kef expansion over an area of 10 hectares
Ertiyah 2 (first phase) over an area of 20 hectares
Bouarada 2, second phase, over an area of 10 hectares
Oum Al-Atham over an area of 50 hectares
Sidi Ashour over an area of 20 hectares
Kondar 2 over an area of 50 hectares.

Developed Industrial Zones

The agency has completed the development of 115 industrial zones, covering a total area of 3000 hectares. Of these, 53 industrial zones, spanning 3000 hectares, are located along the coastal strip, while the remaining 47, covering 841 hectares, are situated in regional development areas.
